Welcome to Shotley Kidzone

At Shotley Kidzone we aim to provide a stimulating learning environment that will encourage all children to explore, investigate and learn through first hand experiences.

Shotley Village Playgroup began in 1964. It moved to its present location in 1984. During that time it has developed into a completely new childcare setting. In 2013 we opened the Butterfly Room, which offers sessions for our older preschool children before they move onto school. 

Shotley Kidzone offers care for children aged 18 months to 11 years. Our preschool sessions are for children aged 18 months - 4 years. In addition to our preschool sessions we also provide a Breakfast and Afterschool club for preschool children aged 2+ years and primary school aged children. (Reception - Yr 6).
